Blizzard in the LEDC's are found along the mountain range which have cold temperatures with snow. These areas won't be affected as much as the MEDC's since there's not much for the blizzard to destroy in its sight.

Blizzard in MEDC’s

Blizzards found in MEDC such as along the Northeastern quadrant of United States (New York, Washington D.C. etc.) are near the coastline. When it gets cold in winter, the blizzard gets its moist from the Atlantic coast which makes places such as New York at high risk of having a blizzard. When a blizzard occurs around this area, it will be affected in a great proportion since there are many civilians in the cities and buildings in that area.
